Public Notice: Request For A Derogation

Public notice is hereby given by Vickie Comeau, Director General of the Municipality of Ogden, that a regular meeting of Council will take place on Monday, June 5th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ogden Town Hall located at 70, Ogden Road. In the course of this meeting, Council shall render its decision on the following request for a minor derogation:

Site identification: Lot 5 416 528, 95 Descente 14 (0490 81 3915)

Nature and effects:
Request for a derogation in order to allow a deforestation of 1000 square meters. The bylaw stipulates that outside of a natural landscape, the deforested area for the main building, septic installation and parking entrance cannot exceed 800 square meters per lot.

All interested persons may be heard by Council with respect to this request.
