Assessment Role
The role of property assessment is drafted by an independent chartered appraiser. It maintains an inventory of all properties in the Ogden Municipality. Each evaluation unit includes the value of the land and the buildings attached to it, the cadastre number and the frontage. The role is deposited for a period of three years.
