WHAT IS AN INVASIVE ALIEN SPECIES (IAS)?

A species is considered alien and invasive when it has been introduced outside its natural range and its establishment and spread constitute a nuisance to native plants, health and/or the environment. Once installed, it is almost impossible to completely eliminate EEE. That is why it is important to prevent their introduction and control their spread.

Here are some leaflets that will teach you more about different species present in the region, how to prevent their spread and the control measures that can be put in place.
