Public notice is hereby given by Vickie Comeau, Director General of the Municipality of Ogden, that a regular meeting of Council will take place on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at theOgden Town Hall located at 70, Ogden Road. In the course of this meeting, Council shall render its decision on the following request for a minor derogation: Please be advised that at a regular meeting of Council held on May 6th, 2024, the Municipality of Ogden has adopted the draft of Bylaw no. 2024.06, which is a bylaw on site planning and architectural integration (SPAI), setting out the analysis criteria for permitting work on steep slopes (from 15% to less than 30%). Please be advised that at a regular meeting of Council held on May 6th, 2024, the Municipality of Ogden has adopted the draft of Bylaw no. 2024.05, amending zoning bylaw 2020.03 concerning territories covered by provisions applicable to natural landscapes and concerning certain provisions specific to the Tomkins Creek shoreline. |
