The 2024 budget for the Municipality of Ogden was adopted at a special council meeting held on Monday, December 18, 2023. Key elements from the 2024 municipal budget include: ● Expenditures down 10.2 % over the 2023 budget; ● Revenue increase of 2.5 % over the 2023 budget; ● Decrease of general property tax rate by 33.1 %; ● Increase of general property taxes on average by 6.6%; ● Use of $75,261 of the surplus to balance the 2024 budget |
