Triennial Real Estate Assessment Roll

The new roll is now available. Citizens may consult it either at the Town Hall or online at: www.mrcmemphremagog.com/evaluation-fonciere.

The roll has been established by an independent evaluation firm, JP Cadrin & Assos., mandated by the MRC and will take effect for fiscal years 2024, 2025 and 2026. The new values were updated to reflect market rates as of the date of July 1st, 2022. 

Property values have increased substantially across Quebec including the Memphremagog MRC and here in Ogden. In fact, the 17 municipalities of our MRC have seen increases between 50% and 80% while Ogden’s average increases are of the order of 60%. Please note that the municipality has no input whatsoever into the evaluator’s work.
