Permits are available from Mondays to Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Bylaw no. 2026.07 amending Bylaw no. Please be advised that at a regular meeting of Council held on March 9th, 2026, the Municipality of Ogden has adopted the draft of Bylaw no. 2026.05 on the occupancy and maintenance of buildings. In accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development, the Ogden Municipal Council adopted Bylaw No. 2026.02 amending PIIA Bylaw No. 2024.06, at a meeting held on February 2, 2026. In accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development, the Ogden Municipal Council adopted the following urban planning bylaws at a meeting held on December 15, 2025: |
