Please be advised that at a regular meeting of Council held on May 6th, 2024, the Municipality of Ogden has adopted the draft of Bylaw no. 2024.05, amending zoning bylaw 2020.03 concerning territories covered by provisions applicable to natural landscapes and concerning certain provisions specific to the Tomkins Creek shoreline.
