Meeting of council, Monday May 1st, 2023

Public notice is hereby given by Vickie Comeau, Director General of the Municipality of Ogden, that a regular meeting of Council will take place on Monday, May 1st, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ogden Town Hall located at 70, Ogden Road. In the course of this meeting, Council shall render its decision on the following request for a minor derogation:

Site identification: Lot 5416616,160 Chemin Descente 17 (0589-03-9852)

Nature and effects:
Request for a minor derogation in order to allow a 1.34-metre derogatory side setback. The bylaw stipulates that the minimum derogatory setback for such an accessory building of less than 5 metres in height must be 3 metres.

All interested persons may be heard by Council with respect to this request.
