Public Notice

Public notice is hereby given by Vickie Comeau, Director General of the Municipality of Ogden, that a regular meeting of Council will take place on Monday, September 12th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ogden Town Hall located at 70, Ogden Road. In the course of this meeting, Council shall render its decision on the following request for a minor derogation:

Site identification: Lot 5416941, 3595 Marlington road (0789 81 4827)

Nature and effects:

Request for minor derogation for the extension of a balcony located in the front of the building by approximately 10 feet. The setback is currently derogatory, and the extension will also have a derogatory front setback of 4 meters instead of 10 meters.

All interested persons may be heard by Council with respect to this request.
