Draft Bylaw no. 2026.05 on the occupancy and maintenance of buildings Public Consultation Meeting24/3/2026
Please be advised that at a regular meeting of Council held on March 9th, 2026, the Municipality of Ogden has adopted the draft of Bylaw no. 2026.05 on the occupancy and maintenance of buildings. In accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development, the Ogden Municipal Council adopted Bylaw No. 2026.02 amending PIIA Bylaw No. 2024.06, at a meeting held on February 2, 2026. In accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development, the Ogden Municipal Council adopted the following urban planning bylaws at a meeting held on December 15, 2025: In accordance with the Land Use Planning and Development Act, the Ogden Municipal Council adopted Urban plan Bylaw No. 2025-04 at a meeting held on December 15, 2025. This bylaw aims to revise the urban plan and comply with the Memphrémagog MRC's land use and sustainable development plan. Public notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of its council held on February 2 nd, 2026, the Municipality of Ogden adopted Bylaw n o 2026.03 entitled “By-law No.2026.03 modifying bylaw no. 2020.05 Respecting the land use advisory committee and its amendments”. Public notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of its council held on February 2 nd, 2026, the Municipality of Ogden adopted Bylaw n o 2026.04 entitled « By-Law No. 2026.04 modifying bylaw no. 2020.06 Related to the environmental advisory committee and its amendments ».
