Please be advised that at a regular meeting of Council held on January 12 th, 2026, the Municipality of Ogden has adopted the draft of Bylaw no. 2026.02 modifying bylaw no. 2024.06 relating to site planning and architectural integration (SPAI). Public notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of its council held on January 12 th, 2026, the Municipality of Ogden adopted By-law n o 2026.01 entitled «By-law no. 2026.01 concerning the rate of taxation, tariffs and terms of payment for fiscal year 2026 ».
